Counselor's Corner
Counselor's Corner
The linked curriculum map includes a library of SEL lessons that may be presented to students throughout the school year. While not all lessons will be used, this collection serves as a flexible resource for the counselor to choose from based on student needs. Parents are welcome to click on the lesson links within the map to preview any content that may be shared with students.
This school year, we will continue using Character Counts, which will be implemented at all LCISD campuses. We will be conducting guidance lessons in all classes for each of the six pillars.
Character Counts Pillars:
1- Trustworthiness (September)
2- Respect (October)
3- Responsibility (November/December)
4- Fairness (January/ February)
5- Caring (March)
6- Citizenship (April/May)
