Principal Aerika Dial leads the Coyotes at Carter Elementary School. With 24 years of experience in education, including the past three years serving as an assistant principal in Lamar CISD, Mrs. Dial has served as a teacher and instructional coach in Fort Bend ISD before moving into campus leadership. She earned her degree from the University of Houston and is passionate about creating a culture where innovation thrives, excellence is the standard, and every student has access to an elite education. Mrs. Dial believes that every child can achieve at high levels when supported by strong relationships, dedicated educators, and a caring school community. She is honored to serve the Carter Elementary family and looks forward to partnering with students, staff, and families to make each school year a successful and memorable one.
